All portrait commissions are painted on basswood panels in acrylic, and finished with a high gloss UV protective coating. Give the gift of an original piece of art that will bring joy to the ones you love (and/or you) for lifetimes to come.

How it works:
1. Choose from the three size options below.
2. Choose your shipping/pick up method at checkout.
3. Fill out the form below and email me a reference photo (jpeg, png, pdf) for your portrait commission (info@arifish.com). Be sure to put ‘Portrait Commission’ in the subject line. If you have a color or color tone preference, please let me know in the form. Please note that portraits can include up to three people. Want a large family portrait? Just email me. I’m happy to discuss.
4. Allow 3-5 weeks to receive your portrait.
5. Enjoy forever.

Frequently asked questions:
1. Do you paint nudes?—-Not at this time. I only paint portraits of faces.
2. Can I request an oil painting instead?—-Given the nature of the painting style, I prefer to paint in acrylic, but if you have something in mine, just email me (info@arifish.com).
3. Can I sit for you instead of sending you a photo?—-Sure, there is an additional sitting fee of $30 for a live portrait.
4. How are you able to keep the price of the portraits so low?—-Painting portraits is my passion and I’m happy to provide the option of owning original art at a reasonable price.
5. Can I commission a larger portrait?—-Sure thing. I’m happy to discuss larger panel size options.
6. Can I request that my portrait be more detailed than the example portraits?—-At this time, the sample portraits are indicative of what you will receive, as this is my preferred painting style for portraits of this scale.
